ADP examined the most engaged teams:
Based on an experiment about the most engaged teams which has been run by the ADP,It was found that the best Engagement was for those team members who trust their team leader.
Two Engagement Pulse statements in the survey were:
- At work, I clearly understand what is expected of me.
- I have the chance to use my strengths every day at work.
These two conditions are known as the foundations of trust.
When a team leader can help team members feel clarity about their expectations and communicate to them that their strengths are recognized, then trust is built and a Fully Engaged team becomes more likely.
